Nordic Café

Taste of Sweden with a twist of Scandinavian culture
This year, we’re bringing the heart of Scandinavian culture to you with our Nordic Cafés, where fika isn’t just a break—it’s an experience. Step into a cozy corner of Sweden, sip on a rich cup of coffee, and indulge in homemade treats while embracing the warmth of Scandinavian togetherness.
But there’s more! Alongside enjoying authentic fika with Swedish kanelbullar (cinnamon buns) and chokladbollar (chocolate balls), we’re also offering Scandinavian-themed workshops to give you extra taste of the Scandinavia Culture.
From Dala horse painting, sami bracelets, and traditional crafts to learning the secrets behind baking the perfect cinnamon bun, our workshops are a chance to explore, create, and immerse yourself in the culture.
Whether you’re trying your hand at Swedish folk art or discovering Viking history through interactive sessions, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
In Collaboration with Bake my Day Brisbane
At our Nordic Cafés, we believe that fika should be more than just a break—it should be a true taste of home. That’s why we work hand in hand with Bake My Day Brisbane, a bakery that shares our passion for bringing authentic Swedish flavors to life.
Every cinnamon bun, cardamom knot, and chocolate ball served at our cafés is lovingly handmade by Bake My Day, using traditional Swedish recipes and high-quality ingredients.
Maria's dedication to authentic Scandinavian baking ensures that every bite takes you straight to a cozy café in Stockholm.
This partnership means that every fika moment at our cafés is as genuine as it gets—from the first sip of coffee to the last bite of a perfectly baked treat. Together, we’re bringing Sweden to Brisbane, one delicious pastry at a time.
So when you sit down with us for fika, know that it’s more than just a snack—it’s a labor of love, baked fresh by friends who share our vision.
