Nordic Events' own chef, Maria, takes great pride in presenting high-quality and genuine classic Swedish recipes. This Easter buffet will feature grandma's signature holiday dish, a rich fish gratin infused with dill, prawns, and egg flavours. Desserts for this buffet will be very enjoyable for the chocolate lovers but will also include the popular Swedish princess cake.
Drinks will be available for purchase at the venue on the day.
We hosted a HUGE buffet for Christmas 2025 and are maintaining the same high level of quality while reducing the quantity to make the buffet affordable for you and your family and manageable for us at Nordic Events.
